We are a family run home care provider, based in West Oxfordshire. We offer a personalised bespoke care packages tailored to suit individuals needs, beliefs and values.

We provide home care support to adults over the age over 18 years old in West Oxfordshire.

We put our service users at the heart of their care planning and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care with a difference.

All of our service users are treated with dignity and respect, and are cared for with the same standard as if they were our own family. Our employees feel honoured to do so and they love what they do!

All of our employees are hand picked by us based on their values. They have all the right qualities, they are caring, compassionate and are dedicated to making a difference. We ensure that every service user has continuity of carers, this enables service users to build a trusting working relationship and achieve the positive outcomes desired..

Our Story.....

Care@home Oxfordshire was started by Cara Barley in 2022 and registered with CQC May 2022, Cara Barley is the Registered Manager, Caras passion for care started many years ago when she began her career in care as a carer. Over the years Cara worked in various roles and Managed services for large coporations. Cara felt that large companies were missing the personal side with service users and staff and Cara began to dream of starting her own company, and so it began!

Care@home Oxfordshires aim was to create a small home care business, committed to delivering a service that really can make a difference to peoples lives, and delivered to the highest standard. Putting people first. Understanding that not one size fits all and that we are all different, and delivery of care should be person centred and in line with wishes and beliefs.

Care@home Oxfordshire is a business that solely focuses on the experiences of service users and employees, rather than profits and targets of growth! We value every individual and listen.

Care@home Oxfordshire has a rainbow above its name, this represent diversity. To us people are important and it is very important to us that represent diversity and inclusiveness. Diversity is a wonderful thing and what a beautiful world it is because we are all different!

Care@home Oxfordshire in a short space of time created the amazing team that was envisioned, Each and every person is passionate about the highest standard of care and delivers care to the same standard they would as if it was their own family. Never missing the small things that mean the most. We are going from strength to strength and couldn't be more proud.
